A Collective Reflection

Over these past weeks, God has been speaking to us through different voices, different chapters, and different experiences, yet with one consistent invitation:

“Return to Me.”

As we close this Revival Epistle series and prepare to gather for our regional conference, “Operation: Revive & Restore” in Marlborough, Massachusetts, we reflect on what the Lord has been revealing across our region.

We were reminded that revival begins with forgiveness. Before restoration can flow, hearts must release offense and make room for healing.

We were challenged to pursue a love-filled revival, one marked not only by powerful moments but by transformed hearts, humility, compassion, and Christ-like relationships.

We were called back into alignment with God’s purpose, remembering that revival is not simply for inspiration but for participation in God’s mission.

We were invited to seek God’s revelation, search His Word, hear His voice, and prepare the next generation of ACF with wisdom and spiritual inheritance.

We were reminded that revival begins personally through prayer, repentance, devotion, and renewed commitment to God.

We were stirred to rebuild the altar of our hearts and prepare ourselves for the move of God in these times.

We were given a pathway for transformational  renewal:

  1. Repentance
  2. Return
  3. Renewal
  4. Revival
  5. Restoration

And finally, we were reminded that before the fire falls, there is a sound from heaven. A call to wait, pray, expect, unite, and make ourselves available to God.

Now the question remains:

What will we do with what we have heard?

Operation: Revive & Restore is not the beginning of revival. It is the gathering place where a convergence of God’s Presence, His Spirit, and His people will take place.

Revival has begun in our homes.
Restoration has begun in our relationships.
Renewal has begun transforming our hearts.
Alignment has begun leading us into new service.

The sound from heaven is being heard by  prepared vessels.

If you have not registered for the conference yet, this is your final invitation.

Join us next week as we gather in expectation for what God will do.

Our final epistle comes from a dedicated servant of the Lord and member of the ACF Boston Central Chapter, Pastor Ngozi Obi. Endorsed by her chapter president, Bro. Onyeukwu, Pastor Ngozi shares how to discern revival.

Revival Through the Lens of Pastor Ngozi Obi

“Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, how great Thou art.”

Beloved brethren,

When we are saved, we receive the life of God through Christ and become a new creation.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

Yet salvation is not the end of our journey. Revival calls us into continual growth, transformation, and spiritual maturity.

Just as newborn babies desire nourishment in order to grow, believers must continue to seek the sincere milk of the Word and remain rooted in fellowship, discipleship, and the presence of God.

Scripture encourages us:

“Present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God… and be transformed by the renewing of your mind…” — Romans 12:1–2

Revival comes as our minds are renewed and our lives increasingly reflect Christ.

Throughout Scripture, Jesus modeled revival through compassion, restoration, and transformation.

His encounter with the Samaritan woman at the well showed us how revival spreads through evangelism and living water (John 4).

His response to the woman caught in adultery demonstrated mercy over condemnation (John 8:3–11).

His healing of the woman with the issue of blood and the man at the pool of Bethesda revealed God’s desire to restore what was broken and bring life where there was suffering.

Christ did not come to condemn the world, but to save it.

God’s invitation to revival is not rooted in judgment but in grace. Through His sacrifice, He made a way for all who believe to receive everlasting life.

As we prepare for Operation: Revive & Restore, may we present ourselves before God without spot or blemish, allowing Him to renew us from the inside out.

Prayer

Revive us, O Lord.

Let Your glory be revealed in Your Church and throughout ACF.

Transform us by Your Spirit, renew our minds, and draw us closer to You.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
